This delightful fresh basil and balsamic dressing is one of my family’s all time favorite salad toppings. I make this throughout the summer months when fresh herbs are readily available from the garden, and there’s nothing tastier than fresh basil! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family.
- 1/4 cup packed minced fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar (I recommend Napa Valley Naturals Grand Reserve from Thrive Market)
- 1 cup organic olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake to combine. Can be stored on countertop for 2 weeks, longer in the refrigerator.
